THank you for your insights! What's a functional difference of Kizala from MS Teams? There is Chat in Teams too. What benefit do I get from using Kaizala?

Kaizala users are just text messages. Good for field workers who do not need the teams license

This is EXACTLY WHAT I needed ! Ty so much Since this app can be integrated would you know if it would work on a GCC tenant ?

Most of the collaboration apps don't work on GCC tenants (Yammer included). With the creation of VIVA I would expect this to change soon.

Kaizala is actually a Marathi word which literally means What's up 😅

Ridiculously under-advertised. I stumbled upon it today and I'm ball's deep in the MS world, everyday. It's almost like they are trying to hide it.

Yes it's not really pushed. I feel like there is a use case for this that Microsoft is teetering back and forth on

@@capitolpresence There is at least a niche, a niche that is far from knowing about this. It's used by banks, hospitals, airlines and more to gathere data and communicate with front-end worker and external users. Users seem to love it and I can't find much negative reviews. I stumbled on Kaizala while clicking through unfamiliar icons within the M365 Admin Center today. I had spent the whole week (min. 30 hours), up to my head reading docs and various blogs on external sharing, easy external collaboration, DID in Azure Entra and different routes of setting up subscriptions without their impossible constraints with no mention of Kaizala. That only increased my endless list of questions and headaches which were all solved in the hour it took me to get Kaizala up and running smoothly.

With groups you can bring Kaizala together. But I do agree it would be great to integrate that into Ms teams

You can use Kaizala, with Actions which include SharePoint sites, Flow, Connectors, PUSH notifications and also Webhooks to let users have call-to-action options.
