I don’t think so, I think it’s a push of a button and you’re instantly inside the cockpit. The walking mod is essentially just the mod that is out for 2020 implanted in the game

I have heard Career Mode only hosts yourself in the world I really hope it is at least coupled with the AI traffic at the least. Would be a shame to do all the work with the aircraft, to not see it. 2024's shaping up to be pretty awesome regardless!

That live weather feature is huge for me, I live on the east coast, and get home from work late and dont end up hopping on the sim till 1am. So I'm forced to fly at night in the US where I prefer to fly, or in the day time in eastern europe and asia. To be able to look out the window on a nice day at work and actually fly during that time later in the day is gonna be so fun

At moment the more you put in the community folder the longer it takes to load so I usually restrict the amount of payware thats in folder. Is this the same I wonder in new sim or will I be able to keep all my addons there without me waiting 5min to load.

You should be able to copy and paste from 2020 community to 2024 community folder. They will work as they do now. Dev's can update them to use the new 2024 features and send out an update.

I am sticking with 20 for now. I use addons and mainly do VA flights using the Fenix A320, REX, Navigraph, and say Intentions for my ATC so I really don't see what 24 is bringing me to the table.

Correction: Xbox Series X will be native 1440p upscaled to 4K @ 30fps. It's a big difference from native 4K.

That's what it runs at the moment in FS2020. The upscaling works remarkably well considering it's an AMD chip and is comparable to using Quality mode with DLSS on NVidia on PC.

I was a little disappointed by the 40 fps to 50 fps with top tier hardware but to be fair, that is with no background apps running. I am guessing that this is the average rate and not what you will get when taking off and landing at bigger airports, so it sounds to me like the game will still badly CPU limited. I just bought a new DDR5 6000 cl 30 ram kit and now I am thinking I wasted my money.
