Wonderful Niyas Bhai! I will check with veeam, hope trial helps for entire migration. I see below alternative to Migrate to Exchange via IMAP via batch.

You can PST IMPORT & EXPORT also...all are time consuming and manual efforts required....third party will do your job easily

@@itproguide I did migration of 100 email via IMAP which took almost 8-10 hours. Whereas with veeam tool, takes time depend upon size, we can collect the emails, but exporting is hard, only 1 email 1 time with no network fluctuations. IMAP migration is simple and free. Only issue is you will get only email which has attachment

@@itproguide pst import export is painful if you have 100+ users , you would need to request all of them to have Outlook installed and export pst. There are various third party tools but I don't think to pay if it's Mid or startup Level company.

You can't have same domain in 2 tenants. The MX record change would be done after the migration is complete. You can set TTL to different options 24h, 1h or even 5min. To validate your domain in the new tenant you will need to delete the domain from the old tenant. Is this clear? Let me know if you need help
