Hi, this is a great video and gave me a good overview on sharepoint list. Can I ask if is there a way to manage row access using a mapping table. For example: I have 100 business unit. I have 5000 rows of data and each rows are tagged to a business unit. Only reps assigned to the business unit can view the particular row data. Is there a more efficient way to manage the row access? I noticed that the lookup column wont display "Person" field

There is no Out of Box way to do this, but if you are using Sharepoint Online then can easily do that with Microsoft Flow. In an on-premises way you have to write code , "event receiver" or something else to do that.

Thanks for your feedback. You can’t delete it, but you can essentially hide it from view using one of two methods. Your first option is to rename it and continue to use it as another field. Your second option is to unrequire it and hide it so your users never see it.
