honestly I've heard it said in other places but; there is NO WAY IN HELL Japan would allow Nintendo to be bought by a foreign company. Nintendo is now too iconic to japan and is probably one of its most successful companies especially in Entertainment, they'd probably rather nationalize the company before they'd allow Microsoft to acquire them.

In console gaming, Nintendo, Sony, and Xbox are like the big 3. Microsoft trying to aquire one of the other two is crazy at this point, ESPECIALLY while they are still in the process of acquiring Activision Blizzard. If that does happen, they need to be broken up for sure.

I don't think I'll ever live to see Nintendo sell period, and it'll never be sold to a non-Japanese company, not a chance in hell. What they should try to do is make steam and microsoft stores fully compatible, that would be a giant win for both companies.

Well guys I'm out. It's been real, it's been good, but it hasn't been real good. Inside gaming has changed enough that I am clearly not the target audience anymore. Every face has been replaced, the structures of everything has changed, it is now a new channel with a new target audience. RT overall still has more than enough that targets me, but I really wish they would have let you spin up your own channel rather than changing IG as much as they have. Targeted a whole new audience and told their old audience to go elsewhere. They did need something for the younger demographic though and you're nailing it. Taker easy guys. GL HF DD

It is not Nintendo's fault. It is the developer's fault. Game developers these days can't program anything stable to save their lives. Games from non Nintendo developers simply don't optimise their games.

It's both. Cause if you make a game that wasn't based on building around certain console architecture then it's much hard to make it work like you did. That's why crossplay took so long to become a thing until the middle years of the ps4. But it doesn't mean it's impossible it just takes time and money which they're either given or not given by their higher ups. It does make it a but easier now and days since console architectures aren't to different. But the performance of the console does also make it harder cause then you're trying to downgrade a game that might not have been intended to be downgraded.

Loved the 360 back in the day but was a bit let down by Xbone and just passed on the Series X in favor of PS4/PS5 which has been crushing it on the games front. But I hope XBox bounces back and actually uses the plethora of IPs they bought over the years to bring the games.

Before this ps plus was only a paid service to get free games on ps3. You know who started all this online multiplayer subscriptions service? Guess what? It's the same company that started buying studios for acquisition, getting all third party games under one subscription services ala netflix and putting first party games on this services on day one even tho they admit it cannibalizes games sales and they are also the ones that buy Bethesda because they heard Starfield was supposed to be a ps5 exclusives and canceled Redfall when it was already being developed half way for the ps5 🤔🤔🤔🤔
