3.4x NAV is what it's trading at right now. With the expected BTC yield of 6-10% (let's assume 10% ie bull case) it would take 12 years at best for it to be a good idea to buy MSTR vs buying a spot ETF. Is there any other reason to buy MSTR besides the the BTC yield? Because at 12 years it's doesn't seem worth it to take the risk.

If I was already irresponsibly long MSTR prior to this call...not sure what the heck to call how even more bullish I am now lol. Buy $40 billions more of a scarce resource, which increases your existing holdings tremendously as well. All while using debt which is getting devalued tremendously by governments wasting money.

If they do that and MSTR caught wind of it they can start selling aggressively. Then the price tank and the new debt buyer gets liquidated. They MSTR buy back cheaper more BTC and it justify the selling to shareholders. ​@@ShaunTrades_

1:27:27 - this is why I would not go for options. The options might do GREAT. But the company is incentivized to fill the ATM, and thus this may impact both options and even Bitcoin price. Looking forward to what the future holds for MSTR. Economic crisis may be looming, will these bonds be able to be sold as a safe haven?

The only way you can have BTC yield is if there isn't 1 for 1 bitcoin worth in the first place. Why not just buy bitcoin and get 100% of what you pay for instead of a fraction that hopefully "yields" to full value
