I was worried that people would take the wrong lesson from OPM, but the number of people i've seen like yourself that have been inspired to better their lives because of it has really made it stand out as a great shounen anime

My dude OPM legit saved my life. I was a fat nothing no goals or aspirations. Then I watched opm and I saw someone else with the same frustration as me not just saitama but the creator ONE. I had always wanted to make comics, but I wasn’t an artist so I knew I had no chance of ever making a story. Then I see a guy with low artistic skills make an amazing series through sheer force of will. So at 18 I made a change I dieted exercised and started learning how to draw, and an amazing thing happened I got better. That was the first time in my life a learned that “one could have some” that I could achieve something. Now 7 years later I’m a fit 180 lbs and a pretty damn good artist one the verge of getting my first series published. It has been a frustrating journey but I am so grateful to OPM for letting me know that I could achieve something in my life.

As gay as this is, I have to say your journey is pretty impressive. In fact your story is kinda similar to a family member of mine. Most of my improvement has been mental rather than physical. But I do intended to work on that aspect more. Honestly, I was surprised when said you were the same age as me because of your physique. Anyway, very nice video, I pray for continued success :)

I remember when me and my coworker had a discussion on who would win in a fight Goku or Saitama? I was in favor of explaining how one punch man the series is all based on a clever joke how this man defeats everything with one punch making almost a satire on power levels (I have only watched S1 unfortunately and I’m sure whatever manga I read is caught up to the anime by now) with what knowledge I have grasped on the show I think he would win. My coworker and then proceeded to explain how the author/Creator would make a power level for Goku in order to defeat Saitama. I could’ve told him how the original creators of dragon ball would make up a new power level in order to defeat Saitama. Just something I thought I’d like to share especially on this channel…

I am 15 and have been weight lifting for about a year and let me just say I can really relate to your journey, OPM was also a major part in my inspiration to better myself. For my entire life I have been some nerd who could barely hold a couple textbooks without my arms caving in under the weight I saw the show only last year, and it really inspired me to finally get off my ass and work on myself. Thankfully my school has a weight room so I have easy access to everything I needed. When I started I fucking sucked, barley benching 90 pounds But I wasn't gonna stop because I was doing bad. I have kept going at it and going at it, and now I can do over 200 pounds I hace had some setbacks, covid got me so sick I couldnt work out for a whole month But I kept going and it has payed off, 215 for bench 310 for deadlift and 230 for squat Seeing this fills me with he same pep that OPM did, which is something I didn't expect from a channel that does KOTH power scaling videos. But I guess I never expected to get that pep from OPM either Sorry if this post sounded corney, just wanted to share my story.

one punch man suck its just a dry boring anime that works hard to build up that one moment in the episode to be funny and falls flat. this anime doesn't deserve extra seasons if the outcome at the end of the season is the same. why extend prolonging shit that is rinse and repeat just lazy. stick to king of the hill i can tell your anime choices would be trash. at best one punch man is a 6 rating not life changing

It was December of 2021, I was eating myself to death, I would binge constantly having given up and I had gotten to the heaviest in my life, I wasn't eating to live, I was eating to die because I was too scared to take the other ways out I looked in the mirror and I thought about my parents, my siblings, my nieces and nephew, I began to cry thinking about them burying me I looked in the mirror and I hated the person I saw, I decided that in there to make a change, I threw away all the junk in my fridge, all the food in my cupboards, I poured every drink I had down the drain, I took up a strict low carb diet and began doing light daily exercise It's been hard, food was my drug, food was my coping mechanism, food was everything to me, but I've endured, I kept it going, and I don't plan on stopping until I make it As of this week I'm 100 lb down from my starting weight, I'm lighter than I've been in 8 years, and I still have more to go, I'm not going to stop until I'm down 50 more pounds and even then I won't stop, I'll build up the muscle, I'll change my body from the soft weak thing it had become to something I'm not afraid to take my shirt off for, to something that I'm not embarrassed to have seen, my stretch marks are my battle scars, proof of the man I was, and what I never want to be again Anyone can better their lives, you just need to make the active decision, you need to have the willpower to keep through with it, and the drive to keep going, never lose sight of the goal and become the person that you want to be not the person that you ar
