What would cool would be some footage of you enjoying your cars? The Bronco camping stuff was great but jump in the Quattro, blast a road and grab a coffee. There has to be balance!

@@SarahnTuned what about inviting little Sarah for a couple of test drives with your vehicles and while you're filming that you two grab some coffee or ice cream or whatever? We apreciate you for your hard work but we also would like to see you finally enjoying your builds. I know you're doing this for a living but i'm pretty shure doing some driving videos will also bring some numbers of views and clicks. Maybe you do it in the style of your car reviews?

Playing it safe never made anyone look like an idiot. Sarah, I spent 17 years investigating workplace accidents and fatalities and another 12 years safety consulting and have seen things no one should ever have to see. The majority caused by inattention or being in a hurry. Please continue to keep safety in mind because it only takes a split second to make a bad day. I always enjoy your videos. God bless!

Love your work ethic!! Radiator fan story: My brother-in-law bought a Fiat 124 without an engine and proceeded to drop a small block Buick aluminium V8 into it. Worked great except for overheating. Problem was he had wired one fan to pull air through, while the second was wired in reverse. Cooling was fine after some re-wiring of the errant fan.

Haven’t driven one sense but always really enjoyed it and it was pretty much bone stock except for the wheels and tires, but I still think it was one of funnest cars I’ve ever driven, Perma smile for sure. looking forward to the final tune, and some sort of road trip. Great video, Sarah. I'm glad you took my comment about using spin jacks for extra support to heart. BTW...adjusting the fan motors to a specific position is called "clocking" in the automotive world. It's used mainly to determine how to rotate a GM alternator housing to fit the mounting bracket of the specific car it goes on. As always, keep up the great work.

Glad to see that you used a foam weatherstrip on the fan shroud, to prevent metal on metal. In 1985 I purchased a new 4Runner and I installed running boards on it. I really don't like the idea of drilling through the pinch at the bottom of the rocker panels because of bare metal being exposed. I also did't like the metal running board sandwiching against the metal of the seam pinch of the 4runner. I put one inch foam along the pinch so there was no metal against metal. I also applied silicone to the drilled out holes, installed the bolts, and had the washer shoulder coated with silicone, as well was the back side. Had it for 27 years in Alberta, Canada winters, and not one speck of rust where the running boards sat.

My wife had an N/A 87 that was mint, so much fun to drive, I'll find one eventually, will definitely end up paying more than we did in 93, that's alright though. 😁 Glad you finally got to get rid of some boxes from the Mat control corner. as a photographer, I learned this neat trick in preventing any camera damage while it's on a tripod, Get a cheap frisbee form the 99cent store or whatever and put a hole in the middle the size of the screw hole of the tripod, and put the frisbee between the camera and tripod, it acts like a bumper if the camera falls, or you can use a small trashcan lid too to cover longer lenses. The cheap cost and inconvenience is worth it than the cost of the camera and lens.

I always preferred Bilstein to every other shock on the market. I sold them for years and never had a return. The larger brake rotor will not result in shorter stopping distances unless your rotors were overheating and fading. As race engineers know tires actually stop a car; race brakes just deal with the heat.
