Hey friends! Thanks for watching our garden update video. Before anyone gets upset while I was pulling out some garlic I do recommend using a fork or shovel to remove garlic from the ground so you don’t damage the bulbs. Mine are rotting so they pulled really easily. I am just putting together our first garden box for the season and the produce looks amazing, finally! I love this part of the summer. Take care, Annette🌺

Wow love those broccolini! Excited for you to get your garden boxes out! Your peas are champs! Name them super peas! lol. No zucchini or yellow squash for us yet but this week! I’m trying to stop watering my onions too. Looks amazing despite that wind you get! You look beautiful my friend!

Thanks Rick! Don’t you worry there are weeds in there. 😝 They grow so much faster than the veggies. lol

G'day guys. You work so hard and when I stop and fall behind because of my mental health, it's often one of your videos in the garden that helps me get back to it and I really must thank you. I don't comment much and don't show up in live streams as I'm not doing well interacting with people, but I'm trying. As for the peas... you need to call them "P". P Peas. 😁 Thanks and take care. Daz.

Daz. You are an extraordinary human. I appreciate so much that you are able to come hang out with us and that you feel it helps you get back at it. Mental health is like waves on the ocean, sometimes everything is calm and other times it’s a storm. Glen pulled that row of P peas out of the garden today. Transitions during the season are usually he’d for me but Glen said to think of it as an opportunity to plant something new! 🥹 Take care friend! 🌺

It seems even the different weather has taken its toll there as well. Things still look amazing though!! Congrats on thr garden box!! Now you have my mind working overtime on a name for the peas 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you both for bringing us along, btw that garlic would have had to stay in the garden 🤢😁😁👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks Nelson! Glad to see you finally got some rain. We have about 40 more bales to make and then we could use a couple of inches. I’ll gladly pull those rotten garlic and onions out. I sold my first 10 garden boxes on Thursday. Such a great feeling sharing these fresh veggies! Take care. 🌺

Wow, I'm so sorry about your garlic. That's odd, my garlic did fine after 34 inches of rain in 10 days. I didn't have any that rotted, but I did have a few that separated. But once they dried they were fine. I love how your garden has no weeds hardly at all. I so wish mine was like that.

Thanks Gwen! I have no idea how I managed the garden and working full time before. Glen did a lot and there was many late nights. Honestly, 34 inches and we’d be toast. We had less than 4” since May 1. 😂

@@TheCowEmporium Lol then 7 more with Beryl. I haven't dug my potatoes yet. There may not be any. I may try to dig and see if there are any if it doesn't rain tomorrow.
