Loved this, this is what self compassion looks like. The point of goal setting is not working like a machine and beating yourself up when we don't achieve them, but rather having an intentional direction in life.

I have BINGED productivity/goal-setting videos and your style is by far my favorite. I appreciate your transparency so much. I too struggle with social anxiety and locking myself in my apartment and using saving $$ as an excuse. Also, thank you for showing people that goals CAN change. And reflection and adjustment are just as important as goal-setting alone.

Hello, I just came across your channel and I love this. I love the color-coded goals and the idea of giving your goals some TLC. Thank you for sharing. I do believe that we will achieve our goals this year. Remember too that we can adjust and change our goals if they are not working for us. Since we all change and grow. I am having the same issue with friendships. I love that, I think that striking meaningful conversations is a great idea.

I started slowly through doing pen pal digitally on an app. I am using it as practice and trying to be consistent plus it’s less pressure since I have a whole month to reply and it says it on my profile how long I choose to take to reply.
