Hello, yes, the Midas preamps in the M32 and this Stage box have an input impedance of 10kohms and can handle +23dbu before clip.

yes, it is possible. No extra configuration is needed, apart from setting proper clocking for whole system.

Why should I run back and forth from the stage? Is it not possible to set up the gain from mixing console?

Hi Roman, DL16 capabilities allows to control gain & phantom power both ways: locally, if You'd like to use it with any other ADAT interface (for instance recording device) or as an ultranet input module - ie. for personal monitoring system remotely - if You'd like to use it with Your X32 or M32 series consoles. It's up to You what's the most convenient way in Your particular application.

How do you setup the 8 out of dl32 on M32r?

If I use this Stagebok DL16 together with the M32R Live mixer, linked through AES50, could I have all 32 preamps working, 16 through DL16, plus 16 direct to mixer? and, could I record these 32 channels to SD card?

MR18 is not compatible with DL16. No AES50 on an MR18

The DL16 is a stage box intended to work with our M32 series of mixing consoles however it does output ADAT -- so if you have an audio interface with ADAT optical inputs you can multitrack record with it. Hope this helps!

I don't have anything with an ADAT in or out. What would you recommend looking into getting that will help me record 16 (or more) individual tracks without totally breaking the bank?
