I watched a video about how humans see the world at 60 fps (a simplification of the frequency we process information), but different animals perceive reality at different speeds. For instance, dogs see 90 fps and therefore perceive reality much slower than we do, which is part of why they're much quicker than we are at reacting to stimuli. I believe people like Faker actually just have higher fps. He looks fast and skilled to us, but a better way of explaining it is that we are all slow and dumb to him.
