idk, all i know is that yone got a giant W movement speed for no reason like u can't escape him as mage in midlane and he also pokes from narnia i wish rito did this to yone: auto and skill deal 70% dmg from total while in that clone skill, additional true dmg removed no more shield from that skill but instead heal for 10% of dmg, cd +10s

Yasuo has the edge early but the dagger removed most of that. So he is behind on zerker greaves, level timers, etc. He can still win it but after he gave up another solo kill, he was way behind.

When Yone came out, we now have a champion that screws over both ranged (though not as hard as Yasuo) and melee champions. Most importantly, Yone """"combos""" are waaay easier to do compared to Yasuo and you never need to ult for kills.
