He actually gives really good advice. I remember when it became a thing to start watching people play games on youtube and I was blown away. Like why would you want to watch someone play a game you like when you could be playing the game yourself. Now days I watch a lot of stuff on my second monitor and its pretty amazing at just what watching a good player can do for you. Let alone good players that talk about their thought process out loud. You can pick up so much so quickly from them and your able to increase your skill level so much faster than if you just played all day.

You cant really build 3 items and no crit on Trynda. Sure, he would be tanky, have a lot of haste and pretty good clear thanks to the aoe, but he probably would not be able kill anyone, especially a mobile target, since the dps would be abysmal

You can try it in more games if you liked it, but any time I tried building 2 non crit items first, it felt lacking for me

I improved just by playing games I main volibear and by playing him a lot I hardly ever loose lanes eaven agains very hard matchups. I started playing ranked more (before i was silver) and after some time i hit emerald. I still make BIG mistakes by overpushing and dying 1v3 alot, its an example of spaming games I gained this bad habbit

The fat in your body is used to store nutrition to use later the body fat% reflect if you ate eating a healthy amount or not . If you are not eating enough fat% goes down and organ functions in the body degreed since they also rely on the nutrition stored in fat . Fat is found around muscle and around the inner layer of your body . So when you didn't eat enough your body take the nutrition out of the fat and sends it to the organs but the nutrition in your fat isn't as rich as the pre stored ones so if you don't eat enough food you are straight up killing yourself slowly = tiredness because the stored up nutrition isn't enough to keep the engine running at 100% . This is a simple explanation there are way more problems that come with low body fat % .

he means that the buff shouldve been elsewhere rather than +50 range, its very rare for riot to buff range on champions and for a good reason. this is a mega buff that also takes a few weeks for the real winrate to come out, since players have been used to 125 range trynda for 10+ years, once people master the 175 range it will be even higher winrate
