There is one thing you need to consider: On the chinese superserver they limittest WAY more often than on other servers. This is why this playstyle is the most rewarding, because you get giga fed once you have a lead. If you played this aggressive on EUW, the enemy Toplaner would play way more passive, hug his tower or even start roaming. EU Players roam much more. You wouldnt get this fed like this Jax in this replay. The Camille wouldnt die that often because she would play more passive

I know im low elo and my opinion doesn’t mean much. But from every high elo top laner I’ve seen who takes trinity force, the reason is that even if they have tanks, the attack speed passive makes your 1v1 and turret taking better. Seeing as how he was killing Camille without issue come mid game that’s likely why he opted for more combat stats because he can snowball harder, take turrets faster, steal camps faster, etc.

I kinda disagree on the TP point. Bringing a combat summoner spell would be great if people can use their lead correctly. In low elo a challenger player such as yourself will have an easy time doing that, but often what I noticed in plat/diamond elo is that it is easier to gap someone with xp from waves and correct tp than snowballing with ignite. People get overconfident with ignite and one or two ganks and they can lose their lead and fall behind severly. Which is why at that elo I prefer to bring TP.

It's this type of top lane playstyle and not that Jax is broken. It's kind of like Aurelion Sol imo, probably better in China. Most Jax players in NA aren't going to do very well because a lot of picks just straight up beat him in the early game and snowball team fights until Jax is useless. I don't imagine Jax would win vs. Garen, Renekton, Illaoi, etc. which are all popular in NA until he hits level 16. Renek can force jax e by pretending to auto with w, e away through a minion and then e back if Jax follows. Garen can force jax e with his q and w to protect himself from the stun duration. Illaoi does Illaoi things. There's lots of counterplay.

Playing agressive early game is all that Jax has. Doesn't have good pushing, has problem staying on the map due to low sustain, doesn't offer much in teamfights. If you cant dive opponent from full you don't have much side lane pressure. All Jax has is snowball, if he gets one kill he will 1v2 top jungle for the rest of the game.
