Ah. My hearth and home are just west of Middenheim. I have been stationed in the Brass Keep as a ranger, for what.... six winters now? The greenskins still probe our defenses occasionally. Just three days ago I managed to repel a raid by a well placed arrow into the War Boss's throat. Managed to keep his skull at the barracks after the battle.

Learning just how full of danger the Drakwald is, makes the achievements of Markus Wulfhart all the more impressive. He truly is the Huntsmarshal for a reason. Great video as always! Though I am surprised, no mention of Ulric's Thunder? Or was that an un-loreful mod my Total Warhammer runs? xD

The cleansing fire of Ulfric is very similar to other cleansing fires around the world. I wonder what connection of could have? Many forget Ulfric is also worshipped by many Norscans who are the ancestors of many from that land.

I have a tiny complaint. Well, two. One is well known, the music at the end just like a flat machete cut. What? The second, more valid one, are the colors of these troops in Middenheim. You even mention Blue / White, yet it's almost flat Blue all over the place(=colors of Middenland). To this effect, I am keen to see which colors Reikland's gonna use. Something akin to Talabheim is the most obvious possibility, but that's actually not Reikland.

Ha! Good question, I didn't think about that detail when recording that scene honestly. There have been instances where the two cults have worked together, particularly in the defense of the Empire. However, the underlying mistrust and competition among them remain significant, so it's a good point.

why does the the city of middenland always be destroyed by beastman... in TOtal war warhammer 3 ? :( playing as archaon it feels anti climatic :(
