But it's the nature of familial love and kindness that makes it such a great faction for me. That uncharacteristically heart warming lie that Nurgle loves his happily rotting denizens as they're trapped for eternity as slaves to his will. That's just a stroke of grotesque genius!

I like each of the chaos gods for all of the things they do in their own right but the grandfather holds a special place in my heart as one of the original of thw four brothers i learned of alongside khorne. He seems unique amongst the gods in that he has an infectious desire to share his gifts. Pun intended.

For all that Nurgle and his servants like to claim that everything that exist is decaying at all times it is important to remember that while powerful nations, kingdoms and empires fell eventually they didn't start as great but as tiny nations, sometimes as just a small village no more than a few hovels near one another. Things grow and develop, they rise high before they fall and Nurgle wants you yo forget that while Death is inevitable you can still rise so far before she claims you. Because Nurgle is not Death. If Nurgle really was inevitable then he would not spend all his time brewing new "gifts" to spread.

I find myself to be a scholar of Nurgle and even I learned something today, if I were to manifested in the garden of Nurgle, I would wish to be a deamon for I would hate to imagine what would happen to my human body if I was exposed to the virulence of the garden without prior exposure.

I bet Nurgle's realm has the most god awful stench in existence During my military service, I had plenty of experience of throwing away food waste. There was also one time an animal died near my outpost during summer. Dear jesus the smell of food waste and rotting carcass is the most foul smell ever. It surpasses fecal matter stench
