The real problem is that you cannot remove corruption completely. Reservation or non reservation employees both ask for bribes. Young generation should be ready to work hard then they'll survive and grow both in private sector service and in self employment.

I have worked 5 years in corporate world. And since past 4 years I'm working in a govt bank. My analysis is , psu/govt job is way better than any corporate job. Starting salary is 12 lacs ctc in the starting, you get annual increment of 15%. Plus you get regulat wage revisions, and additional increase of you take promotions. You have many facilities. Your can manage your health better. You can plan your finance better if you have steady flow of income. The sense of stability you get is unmatched.

Survivorship bias. On an another anecdote, my friend is earning ~40lpa(after all deductions) income and less than 5 years of IT job with ~1.5crore corpus in equities. He shows no signs of stopping and might earn as much as someone like you would earn in whole lifetime, that too within 10years only. It's good for you and good for my friend, but this is not median ppl. All these are survivorship bias.

Sir, yesterday only I requested u and I am happy that today u made video on reservation . Whatever u explained is absolutely true. Now a days even merit in SCs and STs is going high and many places it is very near to General category students. I work in Kurukshetra University and have been admission convener twice in Msc Biotech. Merit difference is just 2-3% b/w General and Reserve category. So we should not underestimate the category candidates. There are so many options other than reservation which can lead to our country growth rather than criticising reservation.

Sorry sir 70 seat open ki hai par reservation walo ke liye wo 140 hai. Reservation separately count hota hai. They can be considered for 140 seats n general wale 70 ko hi. Aap same saj rahe hai. Wo same hai nhi.

The most important aspect of govt job is permanence...All who are selected for the govt jobs should be hired only for 10 years with specific target...if the performance is good then after completion of 10 years, if need arises, he or she should be hired on contract basis. UPSC ke Babu logo ne sahi mayne mein desh ki pragati ko dheema kia hai. Anyways nice analysis.. waiting for more videos..

SC, WB here. In the last RRB 🏦 exams, the cutoff gap between gen to sc was only of 3 marks! Previously that used to be atleast a good 6-10. Obviously this is good news for the society as a whole since it shows that the developing is truly becoming all-inclusive, but from the competition pov, this is a menace! Most People don't know how this reservation works in reality, if the opportunity is same for everyone then the reservation system itself will become automatically useless. Because, as much as I know, in these exams, the modus operandi is to consider the topper gen and topper sc marks equal to normalise and recruit the rest on that preset spectrum. So if we negate the occurrence of statistical outliers and both are scoring equal then that means somehow both are coming from the same set of social challenges and thus the reservation normalisation would be pointless. The government efforts are definitely showing results in middle strata, but not so much in the upper r&d, management sectors. But this is good nonetheless, if the rote learning method can be replaced with innovative thinking method in schools then I guess, the nation can truly collect the dividends out of all these investments.

I am not against reservation, I am against result oriented reservation. What I mean is, that everyone who falls in a weaker section and needs reservation should get free education, but the selection after the exam in any field, college, job should be only on the basis of the result, merit.
