In today’s travel vlog, we checked out of our weird hostel and tried to walk to our cruise port which turned out to be a terrible idea. Thankfully Uber came to the rescue and took us to the most beautiful cruise ship we’ve ever been on. We got a special surprise when we arrived to our room and then toured the ship!

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started traveling full-time January 10, 2016. While daily vlogging was not the original plan, we were having way too many cool experiences not to share every single day! Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before Nate turns 30 (which is March 20, 2019)! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

I don't think you were upgraded to just a balcony cabin. I've never been on MSC but on Holland America or princess that would be a suite, not a balcony cabin. There might be a couple of suites larger than that one but I bet it is pretty close to the top of the line on that ship.

Brian Kohn that is one of the better balcony cabins, but there is also the Yacht Club, a private area with more than 100 suites, private restaurant and pooldeck and also a personal butler

I love the combination of traveling on a budget and then splurging a little on the next round. It’s a healthy balance and I think that you should get to treat yourselves once in a while with nice accommodations or means of travel! Happy cruising!!

I think it's one of the reasons I LOVE their vlogs so much. As I am very interested in travelling it is amazing to see travelling in so many different ways. I don't know many other places I can see someone travel on a loud, dirty bus overnight or in a $10/night hostel... but then also travel in first class lounges (literally the highest of luxury when travelling) and hotels like the Hilton and stuff. There's also a lot of middle ground in their travels... it covers everything!

Cruising really is the best vacation in the world. The balcony makes all the difference, especially in the evenings. Really miss going on cruises. Maybe one day they will let us back on the ships. Nice to see what other cruise lines offer. We are Platinum on Carnival and have loved every cruise we have taken.

Hello Kara and Nate long time since I have been following your videos. They always bring me joy and excitement watching you travel. Although I respect the fact that you disclosed MSC offered you an upgrade and access to MSC Yacht Club, but I find the video to be a conflict of interest. Our time with MSC had been awful. The cruise which you took is in the Middle East and we were served food which was against our dietary restrictions and the explanation that we were given was sometimes we have 50+ guests and mistakes can happen. I would strongly advise people in choosing MSC for cruising, since the crew is inadequate, if you are vegan they could serve you meat, if you are muslim they could serve you pork, if you got allergies they could ignore it and serve you food that could prove to be fatal. We were also literally THREATENED to be DISEMBARKED. Keep up with the great content but in this case, I believe MSC was just sugar coating your experience.

when the tourists from different countries go to visit Dubai in this case , or a muslim country in general , they should have a dress code right? when these guys , meaning muslims , especially letter boxes come in uk they continue to wear their own stupid dresses right ? why they are not told to respect our own dress code ? the rule is only in one way , we should respect all those stupid traditions but nobody should respect ours ?????????????? stupid government

Kara you should be fine dressing as you are in Dubai, they are very moderate there as long is you keep it respectful. Even on the beaches a reasonable 2 piece is fine (maybe not a Brazilian Dental Floss type though). Had the fortune to had lived and worked in Dubai and UAE and Dubai especially is very friendly and moderate. Just be respectful and keep things within moderation, do be careful though of PDA out in public (most of the ME frown on such, even for married people). Have a great cruise and enjoy the time later in Dubai.Highly recommend a trip to a Mall when you get a chance, especially Emirates and Dubai Mall just to be amazed at the stuff in them from the Ski area in Emirates to the Aquarium and fountains at Dubai Mall. Another great place to visit is the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi-amazing amazing place (just remember it is a place of worship and stay respectful as you two always do (in short do not do the Rihanna type stuff from a few years ago).If you all have a chance once back in Dubai, also consider a Friday Brunch at one of the many great places (will cost some money) for they can be overwhelming but very memorable.Enjoy and safe travels, love your channel, me and the family are huge fans.

In my opinion, MSC is the best cruise line in the world. I've just recently been on a cruise with MSC on MSC Meraviglia in the Mediterranian. The cruise was amazing. MSC Meraviglia is a very beautiful ship. The quality of service totally exceeded my expectations! The food, entertainment and shopping on MSC Meraviglia were beyond awsome. I highly recommend MSC cruise line to anyone.

I love your channel! I’ve noticed sometimes yah want to translate on your own or get something translated. Disregard if you’re already using the app but google translate lets you use your camera to point to a sign and it’ll translate it for you. Also helps with communicating something written using English or other foreign language. Came in handy for me before and thought I’d share if you aren’t already utilizing :)
