I think Turkish people tend to get mad when you say TK is a middle eastern airline, but they do directly compete against emirates/etihad/qatar more than they do anything from europe expect for maybe lufthansa

West Jet and Porter are the only other "scheduled"" airlines (I refuse to include Scoop (yes, I know the real name). Then there is Air Transat and a couple of other "leisure" airlines. Flew Oman business 4 months ago Muscat to Jakarta. Absolute C tier at best. No pajamas, no amenity kit, food was lackluster at best, no turndown. Only decent thing was the legroom. Might want to reconsider that one. Etihad 787 by comparison was fantastic.

I recently went to middle east and flew on EgyptAir and Royal Jordanian. Food wasn't bad, way better inflight service than Air Canada. Luckily, Royal Jordanian served alcohol and had a couple beers.

Pretty much agree with your list having flown most but not all in First and Business, Qatar disappointed me all be it on one experience Swapped me from Q suite to BA club world from LHR which was late and meant I just made it but my luggage didn't, meaning I lost status and had to change terminals with a $120 penalty on my parking (bearing in mind Emirates would have driven me there for free in the U.K.) Found Qatar lounge very busy so back to Emirates now
