Middle register articulation

It is easy to crack the E (middle register) on the flute while articulating, especially when leaping to it from large intervals. Using CPE Bach A minor solo sonata and a flute excerpt from Ein Heldenleben, I disuss various methods to help guarantee stability and consistency in these sorts of passages.
