The Secret of Paste Fishing

Match fishing is full of tricks that top anglers like Lee Thornton exploit to win matches. On some occasions, rather than holding out for bites from big carp, the better approach is to net a lot of smaller stamp fish at a quick pace. There are many ways to go about doing that, but rarely would paste be the first thing that springs to mind. Paste is predominantly for big fish, but in this video, Lee shows how you can use tiny pieces of paste as part of a "small but fast" approach, to put together a winning weight.

Lee Thornton is my favourite angler. Nothing is ever complicated about his fishing. He’s not making a big sales pitch about the products he uses and just drops a great little offer in about the elastics. I’ve got an array of equipment but feeling very drawn towards Middy products. Great video 👍🏻
