Midea top loading washing machine shaking on spin FIXED!

I have not seen this fix anywhere else on KZbin or TikTok so I decided to share this in hopes of helping others. The Midea washing machine is a bit different from others in that the entire drum/outer drum/motor assembly is suspended in the case. (There are no springs or base that it actually sits on) The issue ended up being loose bolts at the attachment point of the clutch assembly and coupler plate to the drum. (The bolts are 8mm by the way)

Thanks for the vid. Ours without the agitator was doing the same thing. Bolts were loose and one busted right out. I tightened the ones i could and its much better but i am going to have to tap out the one that was snapped and replace it eventually

😂wait untill the bolts snap off and you have to take the entire thing apart to get the pieces off the bottom plate then find new bolts to fit in the hole....this machine is a pile of garbage less than two years and I want to buy a different machine because I have had to fix multiple times. Good video!

I have a Madea top loading washer that looks very similar. It does not have the tall agitator. I wonder if the grinding sound I’m hearing is bolts that came loose underneath the impeller
