I worked at kohl’s for a long time. They put things on “clearance” right as it goes on the floor. Marketing way to make people thing they’re getting a deal. Some things are decently priced depending on the day you go. The prices change like every week. Also we always had coupons so please always look for those. I am watching you as I do Halloween DIYs. I think I’ve gone crazy this year with decor so far. In addition to the Spirit haul, I did a huge $400 haul at Michael’s, hauled pillows at At Home and a picture, got a tall skeleton wedding couple at Albertsons, and I still have a small list of eight things left between Home Goods, and Lowe’s. For some reason I am just amped up and ready! I need to post an online haul!

I used to work for starbucks, the best thing to do is to ask for a custom LOWER pump of PS because it's SO STRONG and then mix it with Cinnamon, caramel or vanilla. One of my fave things is a chai cream frappe with 1 pump PS and caramel Drizzle.

I think there's an important distinction between sale and clearance. A lot of these places are constantly rotating sales and the prices are artificially high so that they can have these sorts of sales. I do love the use of "code orange"!
