[MIDI] How to use Arturia Keystep with Behringer JT-4000 Micro without a computer

I'm curious... if you power the keystep with a power adaptor and not via the Micro USB port, will the Micro USB port then supply power and MIDI to the JT-4000 (to eliminate the need for the MIDI Host device then)?

The MIDI device costs more than the synth does.

Wait until M version is readily available. Then you don't need the MIDI device. You will still need a converter. It's just a demonstration if we can do it without PC. I prefer using KeyStep and JT with PC.

I like what you mean are doing it but I get confused I can't hear you so and is very important to me can you please up the volume a little bit but and I can send you and show with the vidio where you are putting the wires in the keystep I will appreciate it thanks 👍apaa

MIDI OUT of Keystep goes to MIDI IN of UMH-21. USB Host of UMH-21 goes to USB of JT. Sorry about the sound. I didn't think anyone watch it. I need fund to buy a good mic. Anything costs money I am doing it for free. No money is coming from KZbin.

There is nothing to it. You use an app such as Midi Tools or MIDI-Ox to virtually connect Keystep to JT.
