Great comment! People often think it’s complicated to become joyful or find purpose.

Till cancer gets to you and everyone around you these vids help a bit. Getting old is a lot dealing with sickness, decay, death and loss. Once you get positive again, cancer kills it. Great stuff when big K creeps in your family and gets you one by one 🎉

Fascinating, honest, refreshing and inspiring conversation, Dr. Hyman. I have listened to you a lot over the years, all great information and interviews. But this one was a quantum leap over all others. Thank you!

Just start a daily practice: qigong, heart meditation, inner smile meditation, receiving loving energy into heart meditation, sunlight energy into your heart morning meditation, or mysterious Christ love energy into your heart - all of these work to relight your inner pilot light, and just bask in it and recharge your empty soul with vitality, love and light.

That weekend evaluation journal would be a recipe for the perfect ideal life. Next would be the task of inspiring those in their mid twenties to adopt the discipline. But adopting a disciplined life is a recipe for long term success.

I'm 54, retired, and I've had my money in S&P 500 funds (100℅ stock) since I started investing. I have made a great deal of money with my FA Kathie and I see no reason to change. The S&P 500 has made an average of 9.8% returns over the past 100 years. International and Bond funds are losers in my opinion because they don't make much money. This is just my amateur opinion which may not work for everyone

Finding FAs like Kathie Daisy Bosco who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.

Thanks Dr Mark for all you have done and are still doing to help the rest of us learn and get healthier and happier 😀. It was nice to hear such an honest conversation between you both. Nights and weekends off is not part time at all 😂. Take more time now for you and your family 😀. Glad to hear you are happy ❤

Many of the concepts discussed in this podcast are fundamentally applied when practicing the Catholic faith. You can apply many of these principles by getting involved in a reverent Catholic parish, it’s also free!
