I remember owning all 3 police cars, somehow. they had working sirens but no voice, what was kinda dissapointing was that I would get chased by the police, I don't really know if I had my police bike as well, but since the release of the PS3, my disk got scratched up pretty good, so it was pretty much worthless. PS: I was around 4 or 5 when I had the game.
