"Beds Are Burning" is a 1987 song by Australian rock band Midnight Oil, the first track from their album Diesel and Dust. This song was the second from the album to be released as a single, and is among the band's best-known songs outside Australia.

IMHO the rythm in the chorus is wrong, I think he does something more complicated : for each groups of 2 bars : [BAR] (E) |--|=| |--|__|--| |--| [BAR] (C) |--|=| |--|__|--| |--| [BAR] etc... or if you prefer ' Da dagaDa daAaa da Da da ' (caps are for each of the 4 times of the bar) Maybe it's just the rythm guitar... ?
