Here is a clip from a performance of the 2014 Broadway revival of Stephen Trask and John Cameron Mitchell's "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" starring Andrew Rannells and Lena Hall.
I DID NOT record this video. If need be, I will remove it.
Enjoy!

This song is a work of art. It’s about triumph, selflessness, growth, and acceptance, but it also has this tinge of resignation and mortality to it. This whole musical is truly one of the most beautiful ever made.

sweet mother of all that is good and pure, words cannot explain how good this is. Andrew just pours himself into the arts. his craft come from such a place of passion, you can really tell. everything is so beautiful and refined, he just does everything right no matter what role he's in.

I've always thought it was a very beautiful song with powerful lyrics, but most other performances underwhelm me. It's not the song so much a song how most actors play it. Hard to explain. The lyrics and music are incredibly powerful and impactful on their own, but I think it's often missed. Just me

I saw this show twice in one night because Andrew and Lena were so damn amazing. I walked up to the box office after the first show and bought a ticket to the later show. My friend who I’d brought with me to the early show thought I was nuts…but he’s straight and wouldn’t get it no matter how I explained why I had to,see it again with these two in it and be there for this song a second time…worth every penny.
