NGL, I like the idea of one guy by himself in a car reviewing a movie called Paranoia.

I saw the title and at first I thought: "Is Brad reviewing his own movie?!?"

He did for half the review.

The lights in the background of the thumbnail for this video makes it look like Brad is doing a Midnight Screening with Batman, who is pissed at Brad for forcing him to go see the movie.

I've only seen the Writer's Cut of Brad Jones's Paranoia. And I actually liked the ending twist, I think that Nazi Brian's acting at the very end of it SOLD that final scene. Like that ending twist haunted my dreams the following night, it made me realize just how terrifying everlasting night can be. SPOILERS: I was expecting a different ending to Brad Jones's Paranoia, up until the ending I suspected that there was no murderer, that Mark Bishop was suffering from alcoholism; being a poet going through a lot of stress, it would make sense for him to be alcoholic. A mix of alcohol and depression led to a spiral of madness, and like many bad alcoholics Mark Bishop acquired a strange paranoia of his surroundings. The fact that things only started to get strange after Mark hit his head made me think that, in reality, he had actually hit his head on something; he was still in his house, and his head must have hit something in his kitchen. In the end, I expected Mark to wake up in a hospital, followed by an abrupt ending to make the viewers think back to what had happened prior. However, I think that the ending you wrote was much better. Overall? Brad Jones's Paranoia is one of the greatest films I've seen this summer. I've seen 22 movies this summer so that's saying something. I might make an IMDB account just so I could express how good I felt the movie was. I'd say it deserves a 7/10, losing stars for the following reasons: 1 - You can tell it was produced by a group of average people, despite being well directed. This keeps it from being 10 stars because it means not everyone can enjoy this movie. (a 10 star rating, for me, requires that it is suitable for any person in any scenario). 2 - There's a scene that spoils part of the ending twist that I felt was completely unnecessary (the scene where he stabs the woman with the screwdriver shortly after hitting his head). That was the only scene in the entire movie that I felt didn't belong. 3 - Enjoyment is overly dependent on precise taste. It didn't quite feel like a thriller, but it didn't quite feel like a mystery either, even as a crime drama it feels like it's not quite all the way there. This movie is too much of it's own thing, and because of that I don't think I'd be able to recommend it to that many people. Finally I just want to say that throughout the entirety of the writers cut, it felt like you got a TON of inspiration from the classic Twilight Zone show. I felt like the song you used in the ending credits was supposed to be an homage to that, but apparently not. Huh.... strange.

The whole movie feels like it's made out of very expensive cardboard. Not only are the extras acting circles around Liam but so is Richard Dreyfuss.

13:39 "To me this movie ended with the villain getting away with it, and that villain was Liam Hemsworth" This seems to work with both Liam Hemsworth himself as well as the character he was playing.

So, the twist is the same as in Judgement Night?

Kind of except iirc it was the exact same ship trip every night in that episode whereas in Paranoia it changes every day
