Gravitational drilling technology is used for making sewers (both connections and collectors) from PP modular pipes between manholes or starting chambers (for example DN 1200 or DN 1000). The construction of our machine allows it to be inserted through a typical DN 600 hatch.
It is also possible to install PE or steel pipes with the maximum outside diameter of 500 mm. The sealing system also allows drilling in difficult locations with groundwater. The innovative drive system performs well in difficult ground conditions including soil with cobble rock or soft and medium rocks. Our technology does not thin the soil, it actually compacts it around the channel. The drilling can take place between existing manholes, without disrupting the traffic and without any excavations. What is more, there is no need to block sewage. That means saving time required for drilling and construction work.

The drilling rig is intended for the trenchless construction of underground sewage systems. The advantage is the exceptional precision of gravity drop and the possibility of building a network between the existing sewage chambers with typical dimensions of DN 1000, DN 1200 and DN 1500. Construction can be performed in any ground conditions and at any depth.
