The Manse is such a cool level, and the boss is amazing. 7:20 no there's no pebbles, but there's always throwing knives and whatnot ^^ 8:40 Arcane increases discovery, bleed, poison, sleep and madness build-up. Not rot though 11:00 The Aging Untouchables are the winter lantern ennemies. The note is telling you you can touch them, if you brush their staff aside as they throw it in your face. ie: parrying. I suggest you do it, btw :) They don't respawn. 48:00 Yes, you can only apply buffs to standard weapons. Yours already had a blood infusion. 54:00 Midra was a sage and Nanaya his wife. He obtained the power of the frenzied flame somehow, and so the hornsent inquisition came and empaled him, and all his followers. Nanaya told him to "endure" as some kind of encouragement I guess, but it turned out to be more of a curse, making him suffer in agony for so long. Until he meets you and lets go, falling into madness and unleashing the flame. Nanaya is the corpse you got the torch from, btw. I guess the inquisition has ties with the golden order, as their weapon is somehow reminiscent of it. The frenzy is the enemy of everyone after all, golden order or hornsent.

Ruin Fragments can be used as Pebbles in addition to being a material.

Personally, I think the "Golden Order" alluded to in the Sword of Damnation is connecting the Hornsent's reign to the power of the Elden Ring. Or, at least, the power they utilize

I somewhat agree. It seems to be a commentary on how those in power use that power to disadvantage and harm those below them in their order. The inquisitions torture in this case is not too dissimilar to Marika's treatment of the omen or hornsent. This knowledge of power being used to oppress so frequently certainly makes me see frenzy at least.

The sword is a golden needle, and it's used to ward off the meddling of an outer god. I assume Miquella stole this idea and because he is Miquella it was considered to be part of the golden order retroactively. There's a lot to suggest it's all just the same and they pretend it's different to have a war, feels familiar.

You can't put weapon buffs like grease or spells on weapons that have affinities that aren't physical. So just Standard, Heavy, Keen, and Quality.
