Loved this scene so much, especially when Dani starts speaking Swedish out of nowhere, but really isn't, it's just jibberish, and they're just giggling and "we understand each other!" LOVED. Must've been a hell if a trip! Was such a cute and sweet moment in a very darkly themed story.

While the music is kind of eerie, it is traditional Swedish/Nordic folk music. But it definitely adds to the scene and the moods of the girls against the music adds another interesting layer.

This film is such a treat for the heart. The cry circle formed around Dani was so comforting. If they didn't commit murder this would be such a beautiful community.

I thought the cry circle was extremely claustrophobic and scary. Maybe being in Dani's shoes and being totally broken, it might feel different, but as a viewer it felt really anxiety inducing, with their hands all over her and whatnot.

Yeah, until you end up living to the age of 72. Just knowing my days are literally numbered would freak me out. I mean, what if all those cultists who died at that age potentially had a lot more life left in them? I would try to "Get the heck out of Dodge", as it were, even if I had a 99% chance of failing in my attempt. Plus, their way of living gave me the creeps enough in the film, so imagine living within that kind of society? Not to mention, they're cannibals. *shudder* I know I'm thinking too much into it, but people like this have existed/exist in real life, and it disturbs me... as I'm sure it does a lot of people who've seen this film.
