I've been looking at this to set up what I'm calling giveaway gear. I figure one of those pouches could fit a small IFAK and the elastic straps could be used to clip on a flashlight, pocket knife, pen, sharpie, pencil, and throw in other things you might want with a cheat rig. Might not be as well designed as an expensive purpose-built plate carrier, but it would be a cheap piece of kit to hand out to someone who needs something.

lol you should have bought a chest rig. a bandolier is something you just keep within reach during engagement.
