Well it’s about time we have a builder that understands lithium. I said it on Matt’s channel a few times and a couple of others that I was shocked that some manufacturers weren’t offering big solar and lithium as an option at minimum. I expect solar and at least one lithium battery in every RV for 2021. Great tour Jim. ❤️🇨🇦❤️ Cheers!!!

I have a 2022 midwest passage. Could you tell me why the power lounger cushions are so uneven. Called nick sent pictures byt dead end. Spent alot of money for a this bed piecevif crap and cant slerp on the bed. 3/4 inch gaps between back and seat when lounger is down. If there us an ajustment let me know where it us. And please wake up nick and ask him to show you the pictures sent last year when we purchased it. Had nany rvs in my lifetime so its not my first rodeo. Or someone go try to sleep on the uneven cushions.

So an 8 hour drive to Sunshine State is my best bet to drive away the same day with a decent RV? American Coach. No extra seats. Auto start stop to maintain temp for cat.

@@loonhaunt I currently work for Dylan’s RV and have for the last 8 plus years. We sell the American Coach Patriot in NJ. I bought my Midwest Passage from Steinbring as I would have had to wait nearly a year to get one from my dealership. I did not buy from a Matt... I believe my sales persons name was Ari but I spent more time with Chase and John Steinbring. I did try to buy in Florida from La Mesa but we were unable to come anywhere near the deal Steinbring gave me. I had a great buying experience with Steinbring in Minnesota! Great family owned dealership!

The factory is very sloppy. Did not see any state of the art manufacturing processes. No lean manufacturing techniques, no 5s evident, no 6 sigma. If the factory is that sloppy the quality of the product is probably the same. I would expect better from an organization the size of REV Group.

You hit the nail on the coffin. I purchased the day cruiser 144 couple of months ago and I’m having to deal with all sorts of issues. Screws falling loose from the seats, interior door leading to the back squeaks like a door that’s 50 years old and constantly makes noises as you drive. Leaks from the roof. Customer service is even worse, they will guide you to a near by RV repair shop which will hold the van for 2 to 3 weeks before diagnosing the van. Layman’s term quality control SUCKS at Midwest Automotive.
