I think Bowser and DK are pretty much close and i believe Bowser is a bit better. THAT SAID, you better not use DK against Bowser. Forget who is better than who, the MU between the two grapplers is just way better for Bowser. They both have super good grab games, but Bowser grab game is so frustrating for DK and there is really not much he can do to avoid that. Is not like even DK grab game is not a problem for Bowser, but... he just can deal with it way better.
