You've got yourself another sub. Great video mate. I'm a sad excuse for a rider who suffered severe arm pump. The single greatest thing that reduced it to the point of where I barely notice it, is head forward, bum out(hips) and balls of feet on pegs; I believe they call it the 'attack position'. Feels so weird at first but it's truely remarkable how much of a difference it makes. Bike handles better too.

You lucky dog! Outstanding!! We never had training like this when I was hard at it. We rode that kind of terrain all the time. Dreaming of MX tracks and big jumps. Most of our enduro training came running from mad land owners and the county police. Good on ya MX. Let's see how much more you improve with the squad.

In all honesty you're a pretty good rider mate. I know people take the piss and all that but those tyres you popped over where bloody massive and the 3 logs on the trot with the right handed in there too is pretty good. Half the stuff you do makes me feel physically sick! 🤣 I'm looking at 300tpi now too, my EXCF350 is just a bit heavy and cumbersome by comparison. 👊
@MidWestMX3 жыл бұрын
The 300 is awesome. Can't recommend it enough. Thanks buddy
@benjaminnielsen52653 жыл бұрын
Riding on the balls of your feet is the only way to go. I'm not sure if they mentioned it or not, but keep your toes turned in. It makes it way easier to clamp with your knees and as a added bonus, it'll keep rocks and stumps from trying to tear your foot off.
@NicholasColeman-DeadlyClowns3 жыл бұрын
So you just move you foot forward to brake? I'll have to give this a go
@benjaminnielsen52653 жыл бұрын
@@NicholasColeman-DeadlyClowns Yes, and to shift as well. It takes some planning to execute your moves. For mid to higher speed sections it's a major advantage to get that extra suspension out if your ankles. Your ankles should also be dropped, you're not trying to work out your calves. When things get really slow and technical I'll go to a more trials foot position, on arches, knees unlocked and covering the brake.

Here in Australia the second hand bike (all bikes)market is nuts because of COVID. Take into account the ADV riding boom and I'd doubt you'll lose much if you sold it. Sell it and get an Enduro bike. Life's too short not to be doing what you truly want to do.

@@dirtbikedave9055 thanks. I've been seriously considering it. I bought my ADV around 3 months ago. I love the bike to death but it seems like my heart was set on getting into enduro. Had I known about the Husky 701 Enduro, I probably would have bought that instead.
