I mean, the cop was legally permitted to act as he did, but any properly trained police force would look down on that reaction; the man is acting like he is high, and some proper training could allow them to take him in for whatever they want to charge him with without ever having to fight them, let alone pepper spray. And the cops mouth after taking the guy down wasn’t that of an adult, it was a child in a man‘s body.

Luckily after that his other doper turds living there kicked him out so he went and robbed a bank with an ice pick and got 18 years, but its anywhere. It is so tiring to hear people criticize police officers for using numbers to subdue a single suspect. These perps seem to misunderstand that the more cops that there are, the less likely they are to be injured. An officer that is fighting to protect themselves will fight much harder and potentially more injurious, then four or five officers holding you down and cuffing you. The more officers there are the less hard they have to fight to prevent self injury. With today's policing that is absolutely a benefit for the arrestee.
