That was a sweet run. One thing I was curious is when you were having so many issues with inventory was why you didn't stop by a shop and sell all the empty bottle and/or items you were not going to use? I know you did right at the end, but maybe soon after the big potion grab at the beginning? Or before getting all the memory crystals?

Its in-game mechanics. When reactor dies, then all champs are healed. Supposedly its for sake of fighting Demon Queen.

Sorry this question was getting answered 10 months later but I used to play this **** out of this game too.. And this is my opinion At the beginning of the game there are about 15 or so quest that you can get done and not have to slay one monster.. The quests are so easy leveling up wouldn't make them any quicker. Plus you do have to kill the drakes. Even the cheesy starburst on a sleeping troop attack needs a high level air skill and it would be nice to have some more mana too. I never figured out why he spawns the drakes with stops between the Tavern and the well but it might spawn more drakes quicker and I don't know that's what I'm guessing

If I am allowed to ask why did you drink from the well and then instantly went for the inn to sleep in Kriegspire.

The well spawns more energy drakes every time its used, but you can only reuse it after resting. Using the well 52 times spawns the maximum amount of drakes.

Insanely good, but in the end you could finish Queen with blaster and haste potion (wo armor) much faster than with implosion even if you had more mana.

Yeah that was a blunder i realized after the run was over. I also could have held shift to shoot faster. Didn't know that at the time.

Wow you are VERY negative for someone who has chosen to run this game as much as you do. I'm sure it comes with repeating things over and over and there's frustrating moments in all games, but there's so few people running these gems it would be nice to hear some commentary other than how terrible things are going and how bad the RNG is. Good run otherwise

I've noticed this with many different speedrunners. It is always interesting to hear how bad they are doing and how it is nearly a dead run, and then they get the world record.
