Yes, that whining engine sound of the GE-90; it resembles a female soprano operatic singer with laryngitis, and a sore throat. You either love it or detest it. Hopefully the GE/next-gen engine for the 777X, will be just as powerful, but with a more soothing sound being generated. Even if you stand out in the weather, just one day a week for videoing, with your dedication to being a newly manufactured aircraft spotter, there's no way you can ever keep up the Boeing's completed aircraft rolling out of assembly. Even now this will continue to be true since the orders they've accepted when Boeing sales reps. were at the Paris Air Sow Festival.
