Bro, Fantastic job again. There is a liquid you can use on wood which expands it. If you apply it to the toe of a bat where there are sections missing the liquid will expand the area and then you can use your sander to restore it to the original shape. I've seen it done and the results are excellent. It's as if there was never any damage.

Nothing to do with the glue. If a bat is this badly broken it cannot be fixed in a way that it will be suitable for a hard ball. The only reason to do this is either for sentimental reasons or if you want to use it for hitting tennis balls or something like that. I’d say that to use the bat in the video with a hard ball is a health hazard.

Gorilla glue is not for cracks , its good only for surface repairs ,so use high quality PVC glue for like "TITEBOND" , if you did it well definitely it will survive for long , Keep watching us

After repair if it breaks, you can dispose it or luck summons upon you, you can get those parts and get them repaired . This cycle will continue.
