So this is where Hilma Baron was from, i didn't thought the main protagonist of Inawood CDDA was her. It's amazing how a randomly picked character can grow fast and had their own series. I can't wait for the others as well. I watched JC at his survival at the prison and i was amazed on how did he escape the Zombie Hulk many times.

Hmmm…an overweight lady in her mid-50s whose main skills involve cooking and who lasts all of three minutes in the cataclysm? Never ever did I think I’d see myself in one of your play throughs lol. You would probably still be quite useful after the first shocks of the cataclysm passed. Food preparation is a crucial skill in a survival situation.

@@dax5791 Yeah, I’ve always thought I’d be okay if I survived the initial collapse. I’ve been broke more than once and I know how to get by (and feed people) on very little. Plus I’m a good driver and I know my way around a veggie garden. So yeah, I’m apocalypse support staff lol.

@@telesilla Same here. I can take care of animals, grow food, and do basic nursing and vet care. Unfortunately my health isn't that good, so I wouldn't last that long without modern medicine, but I'd be useful before that.

3:53 Apis is there for some reason, the bee mutant from Bran's tale. Never understood why there's a chance of that happening, you would think Apis would always spawn in a hive.

The mi-go seem to collect a lot of folk, an Apis is merely a mutated human. An aggressive curiosity as they collect people.

it seriously sucks that all of the ammo is in the encampment. You'll need to fight through the Mi-Go encampment to get to the things you need to fight the Mi-Go.

@@friendlyneighborhoodcrackh6059 man, I was sooo exited at first. I thought if they put players in such a helpless state then they definitely made some kind of script to get you out of the cage at least. I'd spent about an hour then just waiting.

@@AbstractTraitorHero have no clue about newest version, but earlier they were indestructible from the inside since they were as tough as hell, and it was unbearably hot, even with a jackhammer and a power armor.

@@AbstractTraitorHero Well, you CAN technically break them, but when you spawn inside there with the starts it lets you choose, you have no way to break out of them. It’s just a small ugly hot room that you have neither the supplies or supernatural abilities required to break out of. After getting pissed and realizing it wasn’t doable without cheating, I dev moded in the supplies to break out and successively blow up the entire nest.

Most of the time, it's pure luck whether or not there are mi-gos right there. I saw Vormithrax succeed in this one by going to the roof, where the air was better, and waiting until it got dark. His character wasn't already starving, though.

Being so cold that the meat on your bones had started to burn before finally going numb.. Bones feel like they have been frozen solid from even moving, as if they'll shatter within you if you as you attempt to move.. Thats one of the worst feelings in the world... And then when you finally find relief, and feeling comes back to you again - its just searing pain. Even getting warmed up again hurts like all hell for a while. The absolute fucking worst!

Ack! This is torture! But it will be all the more sweet when one of them makes it - right? Right? Even with the cool repeating H of “Hilma with the head wounds” l’m decidedly pessimistic - although l’ve been wrong to count out a character played by Rycon too many times to count (looking at you, Akira in Frost!)

Hey there! So, on this tileset-rendered map of yours I see the same problem as I do have. Some map block which is not associated to tile in this particular tileset. Is there any way to debug and override it with something temporary before it will be fixed by tileset maintainer? ;-)

You need to take look at firing menu. Steadiness it's not the chances to hit. Chances itself write a little lower, bellow (f), (a), (c) and (p). (f) is your actual aiming and firing a, c and p just way to speed up waiting for shot. Sometimes you literally can just press f-f if you staying just nearby some creatures and get 100%.

For the pilot woman, I was wondering why you didn't start a fire in the metal house, just so you'd have some warmth. Starvation wasn't _as_ immediate of a concern as the perilously-ticking head health. I _really_ hope she survives. Helicopters are so underused in Cataclysm simply because you need to start the game knowing how to use them. Something I'm worried about is the listener zombies. There's a good chance they heard you attempting to smash the table.

Willow bark and pine boughs will keep you fed for a while. Not sure if you can harvest those during winter, tho. Anyways, hope this helps.
