Migrating RSView32 to FactoryTalk View SE

Can I install Legacy Tag Database Conversion Tool on the computer that has the RSView32 program even though it doesn't have FactoryTalk View installed?

when I used "Legacy TagDB Conversation" on a new system with FTView 11, I got a conversion error :( So I will use FTView 6.10 for conversation..
