Miguel Cotto is still a really good fighter... His last couple fights his stamina hasn't been on point so i hope Freddie Roach has him working on that cause if he does i still believe Cotto is one of the best out there... Freddie Roach is legendary. He turns fighter into beast mode. Yes, with respect Delvin is not a calliber fighter but i see a different Cotto in that fight. The timing is good, 60% of his strong shots landed, good footwork and perfect combination in the body and head. Dont count Cotto yet, he is in good hands now with Roach just like the legendary Manny Pacquiao.

Sometimes i think cotto's technique is really good and the best in wild card for now. How he punch, move, block the punch, hook to the body, all is beautiful. Show the the right boxing technique. I really like how he does the left hook to the body. Same move as tyson's hook,and sometimes he does the philly shell defense. Although pacquiao speed is fast and powerful but the technique is not better than cotto.

After seeing a few of Roach's mittwork sessions with other fighters, it appears to me that Cotto is a relatively HARD PUNCHER. Or, it's a "different" kind of power, I guess. Like a thudding power.

I think Martinez being a dangerous fighter is questionable right now. Granted, his last 2 opponents were bigger than him, but he should have been strong enough to keep Murray at bay. If you're getting surgery after every fight, it isn't a good sign. Chronic injuries will diminish a boxers punching power. Punching power doesn't come from the arms alone. A boxer uses multiple parts of his whole body, and if 1 link in the chain is worn out, his ability to utilize his power is negatively effected.
