Each band truly laid the groundwork for what punk would eventually become. The Ramones with their fast, catchy riffs (And of course Johnny's iconic downstroking). The Clash introducing unique melodies with their guitar riffs which would eventually inspire ska, along with their intelligent way of approaching politics, of course the Sex Pistols established the look and attitude, I mean Sid Vicious basically single-handedly started the spiky hair / leather jacket look. And of course The Misfits (My favorite of the bands listed here) created the framework for hardcore punk, whilst creating horror punk. Now each of these bands had influence on each other and thus there's a considerable amount of overlap, but this is just the major points. Nearly every single punk band can trace their roots back to one of these 4 legendary bands

I think I'd have used "I Turned Into A Martian" and "Hybrid Moments" for Misfits instead of "Helena" and "Die, Die My Darling". If nothing else, this video shows how Johnny Ramone set the standard and that The Clash were doing their own thing.

Johnny Ramone style was purchased from "communication breakdown" from Led Zeppelin. Johnny popularized the speed power chords in rock music. But every member of the band had their own influences, from Elvis Presley, the who, Beatles... Everyone knows that Ramones change music from the first apparition on a stage. 😉
