Crochet puff stitch Skirt tutorial with elastic band (very stretchy and comfortable)

Hi friends!!
Welcome to another crochet tutorial. This is a simple puff stitch skirt tutorial with an elastic band, very stretchy and comfortable and can be made with any yarn or hook size of your choice. I can also be style with different other clothing in your wardrobe and perfect for every season.
This video will walk you though what materials you need, instructions on how you can make this in any size. This is a beginner/ crochet tutorial to follow, but feel free to pause, rewind or search for stitch tutorials if you're stuck.
MATERIALS NEEDED
Any yarn of your choice. (I used 600gm of Super fine weight yarn)
4mm & 1mm hook
Measurement tape
Stitch markers
Elastic band
STITCHES USED (🇺🇸US stitch terms)
Ch-chain
Sc- Single Crochet
Hdc- half double crochet
Sl st- slip stitch
Dc- Double Crochet

Hey Sis! I too am a crochet artist & I just use a sizing chart for US sizes. It lists the average sizes, hip, bust & waist measurements. I also make sure to add an adjustable waistband in one way or another. Hopefully this makes sense..

You should ask them for their measurements and make it w stitch’s more so it won’t be to tight.
