My training at Distrilog
The internal training programme I followed was the Management Traineeship of Distrilog. That means that two years ago I started here purely on the shop floor, working shifts with the workers to get to know the operational processes. After a month, the customer service and customer contacts for one particular customer were added, and after a few months, I was given responsibility for the entire package for that customer. That means purely what happens on the floor and what happens administratively here on the desk to the customer. In time, many operational projects, flows and processes on the shop floor were added to that and now, two years later, I am site manager of this depot.
