Of course, we try to welcome our employees as best we can as soon as they arrive in our company. This is done both through a fixed contact person in the personnel department, so that they always know who they can turn to if they have questions or problems, but also through the guidance of a mentor. These are employees who take care of the further reception on the shop floor, who accompany the employees, explain the most important matters and who can always remain a point of contact for our employees.
