PULL UP TO THE BUMPER BABY!!! LOVE your musical selection! :-) Anyway, VERY NICE demonstration of cooking your pork on the Cobb grill. I REALLY liked how you used the thermometer to monitor the internal temps of the meat and the grill. Very nicely done.

I learned more from this video than all the Cobb videos combined. I love slow cooking and this is what I wish to achieve. Thanks.

Wat aardig, dankjewel en graag gedaan! Laat het ons zeker weten als je nog leuke ideeën hebt voor een video :-)

You could simply use a charcoal starter chimney and have hot coals ready rather quickly.

Dang. I'm totally doing my Cobb cooking all wrong. I'm adding way, way too many coals. Thanks for the video. Looks delicious!

What happens is that she cooks for a long time, 7 hours, so she has to regulate the temperature so that it doesn't burn on the outside and for this she uses little fuel. "A large animal is cooked over low heat"

1, Best music video . 2, Of course you have to add coals for an 8 hour cook (doh). 3. I'll cook this tomorrow

Could you share the recipe (i.e. all ingredients you are using?). I'd really like to try this, looks amazing.

Do you get bad/white smoke each time you put in new coals?
@MijnCobb5 ай бұрын
Hi @1990EAM, no you don't. Since you don't use the fire starter you are only burning (clean) briquettes at this stage!

OUTSTANDING!!!

Thank you very much for the video. When adding more briquettes, wouldn't it be necessary to wait until they are white to continue cooking? Or turn them on separately and put them already on Greetings!
@MijnCobb2 жыл бұрын
You can just add more briquettes and you don't have to wait for them to be white.

Music is crap, would rather have heard a commentary - what was the marinade made from?
@MijnCobb6 жыл бұрын
Ampen, sorry to hear you don't like the music. You can find the recipe (in Dutch) on www.mijncobb.nl/recepten/pulled-pork/
