He’s also one of the only MMA fighters in history to become the undisputed World Champion, and then go on to build multiple world champions as a coach. This is his story, and an exploration of unique methods and psychology that go into building martial arts greatness.

Funny how things can look so different in hindsight. I was one of those guys that watched the early tapes of the UFC championships. I was definitely a casual during a time period we're almost everybody was a casua l then I Scarlett singing the WEC regularly and following fighters and somehow the first fighter I gravitated to was Urijah Faber. I was so pissed off when Mike Brown beat him because I really liked Faber's style and his kind of unusual movement an unusual grappling. It was unusual for me because I didn't know anything about grappling. Then out of nowhere some weird redheaded guy takes out my guy and I couldn't stand him for years. It's been a long time now so I'm willing to forgive him. 😂
